Sacred Valley and Machupicchu Tour

Itinerary

DAY 1
We will meet at the agency at 8:30 am. Next, the bus will come to pick us up and go to Pisaq (approximately 50 minutes). During the trip from Cusco to Pisaq we will stop at a natural viewpoint where we can see the entire Sacred Valley.
The Sacred Valley was, without a doubt, a key area of the Inca solution; Its combination of pleasant climate and fertile plains grant an unusual abundance to the high Andes.

Later, we will head towards Pisaq typical market which is undoubtedly the most famous craft markets in all of South America and visit the archaeological site of Pisac 2950 meters above sea level. In the ruins you can see an art of stone works and impressive agricultural terraces. After the visit to Pisaq we will continue our trip to Urubamba where we will stop for lunch. Afterwards we will continue driving to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo 2,700 meters above sea level, an important Inca construction built during the heyday of the Inca. This is an extraordinary Inca place where in addition to the ruins you can also see an impressive rock formation that represents the Inca god Wiracocha. After the guided tour we have to wait for the train that leaves at 8:00 in the afternoon, we will arrive in Aguas Calientes at 9:40 pm and spend the night at the hostel.

Day 2:
Early in the morning, after breakfast the guide will go pick you up and then take the bus to Machupicchu (2000masl), after 25 minutes by bus we will arrive at Machupicchu, and we will be able to see the sunrise, take photographs and then have a guided tour (2-3 hours) to the most important places in the entire Machu Picchu sanctuary. After that you will have about 4 more hours to explore, take photos or climb Waynapicchu mountain (2634masl). Then we will have to take a bus to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch and then take the train to Cusco arriving at night and then we will transfer to your hotel.
